REFUND POLICY:
o
No
partial refunds/discounts will be
given for attending other events,
not being able to attend due to
academics or for any other reason.
If camper cannot attend due to
unforeseen circumstances,
notification to Camp Director must
be made prior to the start of first
day of camp.
o
If camper misses 3 or more days due
to illness/injury, balance will be
reimbursed minus $50 ($100 for
overnight camps) minimum deposit.
(physician note required.
o
In the event of a dire family
situation, refund will be given for
day(s) missed, minus $50 deposit
($100 for overnight camps).
BALANCES DUE:
o
Complete payment must be received
one week prior to the first day of
camp.
